The Karma House is a nonprofit kava and tea bar dedicated to providing an alcohol-free social environment. We are not a medical provider. The information shared on this website or during events is for educational and social purposes only.

Our menu includes traditional kava beverages, kratom, and herbal teas. These are offered strictly as social and cultural beverages, not as treatments or cures.

• We make no medical or therapeutic claims regarding kava, kratom, or any other botanical product.

• These products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Customers are encouraged to research responsibly and make informed decisions before consumption.

We comply with Colorado’s Kratom Consumer Protection Act, which states:

• Kratom products may only be sold to individuals 21 years of age or older.

• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all kratom purchases.

• Kratom products are stored behind the counter and not accessible to the public.

Any attempt to purchase kratom underage or with false identification will result in refusal of service and may be reported to authorities.

We encourage moderation and awareness. Guests are expected to:

• Consume our products in moderation within a safe, relaxed environment.

• Avoid combining botanical beverages with alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

• Refrain from driving or operating machinery immediately after consumption.

• Consult a healthcare professional if they have medical conditions, take medications, are pregnant, or nursing.

The Karma House is an alcohol-free, drug-free community space.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or exhibiting unsafe behavior.
Our staff are trained to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests.

We source products from reputable suppliers that provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verifying:

• Alkaloid content (mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine for kratom)

• Heavy metal, microbial, and adulteration testing

• Compliance with safe handling and labeling standards

COAs are available upon request. If a product does not meet our standards, we do not serve or sell it.

By entering The Karma House and/or purchasing products, guests acknowledge and accept that:

• They assume all responsibility for their use of any products or participation in events.

• The Karma House and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or adverse effects resulting from product use or participation.

We take compliance seriously.
If you have safety concerns, product issues, or wish to file a report, please email info@thekarmahouse.org with “Safety Report” in the subject line.
We review all reports promptly and cooperate fully with regulators when required.

Policies are reviewed regularly to remain compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
