Product Responsibility:
Our menu includes traditional kava beverages, kratom, and herbal teas. These are offered strictly as social and cultural beverages, not as treatments or cures.

Age and ID Requirements (Colorado Law):
We comply with Colorado’s Kratom Consumer Protection Act, which states:

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all kratom purchases.

Kratom products are stored behind the counter and not accessible to the public.
Any attempt to purchase kratom underage or with false identification will result in refusal of service and may be reported to authorities.

Lab Testing and Quality Control:
We source products from reputable suppliers that provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verifying:

COAs are available upon request. If a product does not meet our standards, we do not serve or sell it.
